| The following points can help you to settle the normal fault of the touch screen |
| |
| The touch screen cannot work |
| • Phenomena：no response,controller light is not bright. |
| • Reason：the touch screen cable didn't connected with the power baffle,or the power baffle didn't connected |
| with the computer power. |
| • Settlement：check the connection.install the power baffle into the computer and connect it to the computer |
| power supply.insert the touch screen cable into the power baffle. |

| • Phenomena：no response.The controller light bright when the finger touch the screen,it crush out when the |
| finger move over. |
| • Reason：driver fault or operation system fault,touch screen cable didn't connect with the computer well |
| • Settlement：check the cable,the drive Comm Port should correspond with the computer CommPort.Uninstall |
| the driver and reinstall.Reinstall the operating system. |

| • Phenomena：no response.The controller light bright when no touch |
| • Reason：the touch screen didn't connect the controller well;the controller or the transducer on the touch |
| screen damaged. |
| • Settlement：check the cable between the touch screen and controller,change touch screen or controller. |
| |
| Cannot click inaccurately |
| • The touch screen will be insensitivity or some place cannot response if it was used too long.That's because |
| the stria was covered by dust.Clean it after cut the power,start the computer and re-calibrate. |
| |
| • If the cursor wallop when using,maybe it's due to the controller disturbing by magnetic field,the transducer |
| damaged or voltaic wire break.
It will be settled if change the touch screen or controller. |
| |
| • Clean the touch screen everyday.It will not work well or even don't work if contaminated by oil or water. |
| |
| • If the stria damaged very slight,you may adjust bull's-eye with same distance negative direction. |

| Attention |
| • Use dry mull or paper when cleaning.Do not use buckram or hard paper,or it will damage the stria.Pay more |
| attention to the transducer and wire. |
| |
| • Abnormal occurrence when installing driver： |
| 1）Check the driver documents intact or not. |
| 2）Uninstall all the old one if the computer installed other driver.Install the latest driver after restart the |
| computer. |
| 3）Check the hardware and adjust if there are some equipment in the computer collide with the serial port. |
